Interment or Scattering of Ashes

by Emma Dunleavy-Dale, Independent Celebrant in Birmingham

Interment or Scattering of Ashes

If you would like to inter or scatter your loved ones’ ashes, you may decide a Ceremony to commemorate this officially feels more appropriate. To have the opportunity to acknowledge this phase in the grieving process by saying a final farewell with family and friends may also be consoling.

It may be that your loved one chose to opt straight for cremation; or that this was the only option available at the time. In which case, a scattering or interment of ashes can be something for you to consider.

The Ceremony can be held at a time, day and location of your choosing and could include a tribute, reading, blessing, ritual, music; some or none of the aforementioned, depending on what feels right.

To discuss this Ceremony in more detail, please do not hesitate to get in touch as it would be an honour to support in creating the words and sentiment befitting of this occasion.

For fees and to discuss your Ceremony without obligation, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
